Potrebbe capitare che qualche software tipo MotionEye non riconosca la camera del Raspberry, nel caso eseguite:
sudo modprobe bcm2835-v4l2
E poi modificate:
sudo nano /etc/modules
E aggiungete queste due righe al fondo:
# camera with v4l2 driver bcm2835-v4l2
